The neat and compact design makes the FRX-150 close-coupled to the power unit to minimise weight on the linkage and the ContiFlow deck ensures maximum suction effect for tackling long or short grass effectively to give a superb finish in any application. The machine has the capability to work at high speed without swathing the grass and given that the flails leave a fine finish on short grass as well as long growth offers a cost saving. It is, effectively, two machines in one. Ease of use is, equally, a key feature, with simple cutting height adjustment, set by repositioning the front wheels and rear roller by simple lever adjustment. The roller itself is fitted with integral bearings for long service life and there is a heavy duty 305mm rotor shaft and right angle drive gearbox.
At the end of the machine belts take up the drive to the rotor and act as a shock overload protection system.
